Green Country Landscape Services LLC provides landscaping services, including but not limited to: Landscape design and installation, Tree planting and nursery services, Irrigation installation and repair, Lawn care and maintenance, Hardscape and outdoor improvements, All services are subject to availability and written agreement.

3. Estimates and payments

All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. A deposit may be required prior to the start of work. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted under applicable U.S. and Idaho law.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Customers must provide written notice for cancellations. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or labor has been scheduled. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Warranties and disclaimers

Plant material warranties, if offered, will be specified in writing. The Company does not guarantee plant survival due to improper care, extreme weather, natural disasters, pests, or failure of irrigation systems not installed or maintained by the Company. Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” without additional warranties to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable U.S. law: Green Country Landscape Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Property access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property where services will be performed. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed underground utilities.

8. Compliance with Laws

The Company complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals, permits, or permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
